I set up this site as a place for everyone who is curious about getting information on how to lose subcutaneous fat , gain muscle and just in general wants to reduce pain, perform better and look better.

If you try to starve it, you will only cause your body to go into starvation mode and it will then try to store more fat. EAT MORE, EAT BETTER and EXERCISE HARD.
