What is a good workout I can do with no machines to build muscle?

What should I do pushups, crunches? Exercises with no machines to build muscle. A workout that makes me stronger in all parts of the body. Also how many days a week should I do this or how many time a day.

well, I would do pushups, but pushups with a twist ie. clapper pushups, spiderman pushups, military pushups, etc. then, do lots of crunches, but do those w/ ur legs in the air at a 90 degree angle. Do 12-15 reps of pushups, followed by 30 crunches, then a 1 minute break. repeat 3-4 times and you should probably do it like 3-5 times a week. as often as possible.

    um…do mad push ups…and take weight and put them on your hand and go sideways…10 reps first..then 8…do this for a mont and you'll be mad buffed
