		<description>well, I would do pushups, but pushups with a twist ie. clapper pushups, spiderman pushups, military pushups, etc. then, do lots of crunches, but do those w/ ur legs in the air at a 90 degree angle. Do 12-15 reps of pushups, followed by 30 crunches, then a 1 minute break. repeat 3-4 times and you should probably do it like 3-5 times a week. as often as possible.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
