best protein

Let me begin

The best protein supplement is not a whey protein supplement.

In truth,, for approximately 88% of white people, a whey protein supplement is POISON.
So, if you are white and using a whey protein supplement, you have an 88% chance to be doing yourself voluntary harm.
This is my contribution to the protein supplement debate. Even though I now know that this is a critical matter, I have not seen it addressed anywhere. I am telling you this so that you give this article the proper attention it merits.

The purpose of this article is to straighten out the link between the best protein supplement and your individual blood type.

Article key points:
·    the hidden link between your blood type and the best protein supplement
·    what does your blood think about your protein supplement (case study)
·    relation between blood type and lectins
·    how lectins take part in your selection of the best protein supplement
·    why you should believe me
·    fitting it all together

Let me introduce lectins

{Lectins are proteins encountered in food that react with your blood type based on the different antigens that they contain. What this signifies is that certain foods will disfavorably react with particular blood types while being totally neutral to others.}
When you consume lectins that are inappropriate with your blood type you create digestive, metabolic and immune distress. The basis for this damage is that lectins will make your blood cells, as well as other cells, to each other]. I’m sure you can understand how having clumps of cells travelling through your body can have many and far extending negative outcomes.

Well what does all this have to do with choosing the best protein supplement?
A protein supplement incorporates the lectins from the food from which it was produced.

If you consume a whey protein supplement, you will be taking in whey lectins. If you consume a casein protein supplement you will be taking in casein lectins. If you eat a soy protein supplement, you will be ingesting soy lectins. The identical story functions for a protein supplement from hemp, rice, eggs, etc.
So, if you eat a protein supplement which was prepared from food that reacts negatively with your blood type you will get effects like: allergic reactions, decreased protein breakdown (and food poisoning as a result of this), inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining, and many more.

I’d really like to hear some backing up of that 88% number you proposed?

Breakdown of Caucasian population by blood type:
O Blood Type - 47%
Blood Type A – 41%
Type B – 9%
AB Blood Type – 3 % ( origin, directly from my high school anatomy class book)

Type O and Type A should avoid the consumption of either whey or casein as it contains lectins that react negatively with their blood type — source, a very well documented and popular nutritionary science book which I will be identifying later for suspension reasons.

47% (type O) + 41% (Type A) = 88% of the white population - is discouraged to consume either whey nor casien – these two are the most ordinarily referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

So think about this!

 If the best protein supplement is the protein that works best for you, and the most popular protein supplement, whey, is not good for about 88% of the white population, how can a whey protein supplement be the best protein supplement?

Simply so you don’t overreact to these statements let me impart a few things:
- the O blood type, if healthy, will remain free of symptoms with occasonsal whey ingestion, however, even healthy type O’s should not consume casein in the least;
- for type A, the identical rule as for O, with one exception, there is a 15% probability that whey will be neutral for you, but you have to test for this;
!! please don’t make the assumption that just because you are a healthy type O you should consume whey, it is still counterproductive for you. Eating a hamburger won’t make you ill, but it still has distressing effects on your body. Why should you minify your {results} when there are alternatives that are actually BENEFICIAL for you? For instance for the type O, beef has a beneficial {effect} on health. Just cast out that whey and consume beef if your blood type is O. Type A should not adopt this strategy.
What you should understand here is that this is more significant than it is ordinarily realized. You view people on forums posting and talking about the best protein supplement without getting that
1 the best protein supplement is established on something named the best protein
2 the best protein is a meaningless concept because all people don’t react positively to all protein – allow me to say this again: no protein is good for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.
I have blabbed about this before but it must be understood::
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is effective for you is detrimental for somebody else, so the entire construct of the best protein supplement is complete marketing hype.

PS: If you’re thinking to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this? Then just consider how many preservatives and artificial flavorings you are still consuming TODAY — and the toxicity of these chemical compounds has been known  for about, ohhh, let’s say a conservative couple of decades.
