Having six pack abs is something that just about every guy wants and each girl too. Girls love to see six pack abs on guys and they themselves wish to have a little toned down version of six pack abs. Let’s come clean, a sleek robust core and stomach is attractive to both sexes.

Making an attempt to get six pack abs is another issue all together. In order to get six pack abs you need to do two things :

A) Lose the weight that’s sitting on top of your intestinal muscles B) reinforce your abs

If you are looking to lose weight, there are plenty of alternate ways to do this. I suggest doing the natural thing and not taking weight control tablets or doing things like Jenny Craig or NutriSystem. Let’s be honest, your body is smart enough and knows precisely what it should and shouldn’t consume right?

It is important to do the right exercises for your belly. Doing the wrong exercises or even doing the right exercises in the wrong way can hurt your progress and even harm you.

these are some pointers to getting those six pack abs :

1. Take enzymes after each meal.
Plant based enzymes help you to digest more of what you eat. The more that you digest and assimilate the more weight you may lose.

2. Food combine correctly.
Eat starches and proteins at different meals along with a green salad. For instance, fish and a salad. Or rice and a salad. Trust me, try it for a week and you may see a huge difference in your energy levels and weight management.

3. If you eat fruit, eat it in the morning on an empty tummy.
Fruit takes only about twenty minutes to pass thru the gut. When you eat a piece of bread with fruit, that piece of bread usually takes about 4 hours to pass thru. Now the bread is keeping the fruit from passing out of the belly making it ferment causing gas, bloating and the incapability to use all the minerals and vitam ins that are in that fruit. Try it, you may see.

4. Do not eat late.
We promote not eating past 8pm each night.

5. Drink a lot of fresh spring water.
Avoid tap water it’s full of chemicals.

But it’s important to switch up different ab exercise routines on a consistent basis. Do not forget your cardiovascular training. Why do you suspect long distance runners and sprinters always have that shredded stomach? Confirm that when you are doing your ab exercise programs that you actually concentrate hard on your ab muscles. Actually focus in and get that raw burn that comes at the end of sets.
