There are a lot of things that they are not telling you about the fastest way to build muscle and I for one want to give you some quality advice that I’ve learned through trial and error as well as through formal education.

You see the fastest way to build muscle doesn’t end in the gym or through a nutrition plan but rather continues into different areas that I am sure you would not expect. Mental Strength Is The Biggest Factor

I know you think that you have to lift heavy weights, train hard, eat like the bodybuilder and recover to build muscle right? Well, you are right!

But, there is more to this than what meets the eye. You see the biggest determining factor of the great physique isn’t necessarily related to a specific program or even superior genetics.

Yes of course both of those factors can attribute to great muscle building results but an even bigger influence is a person’s mental strength.

More often than not the people who possess the greatest physiques in the industry are not always successful in the gym but are also successful in every aspect of their life. Every new challenge they present themselves with, they conquer.

You see, first you have to believe in yourself second you have to have a strong passion and toured you have to have a no quit type of attitude.

Possessing this type of mental strength will definitely be the fastest way to build muscle.

It’s a Long Road Ahead

Now, I am all for quick fixes just like the next person but you should know that building a great physique does not happen overnight let alone within a couple months or even a year. Yes you can and see great results within those timeframes but that really impressive physiques simply develop over time.

Weight guidance and nutrition and everything else will assist of the bodybuilding isn’t just a hobby but quite a lifestyle.

You don’t want to just build muscle for a couple months and then quit because it is just too hard to maintain or you are simply not satisfied with the results.

Don’t get me wrong, as I do encourage you to aim high in your goals and push even harder at accomplishing those goals but always be realistic, be patient and know that in time you too will develop a great physique that you can be proud of.

It’s More Than Muscle

Everybody wants to build muscle for one reason or another. Generally speaking guys wanna build muscle to get a specific girl or perhaps because they have been made fun of in the past by bigger or more muscular guys.

But it is much more than just building muscle. You see for me building muscle was the catalyst to achieving even bigger goals within the other areas of my life. Before I began bodybuilding and weight training I’d do not believe that a skinny guy such as myself could ever build muscle let alone when the fitness competition but since proving both those theories wrong my mind has been a opened to many other possibilities that I never thought possible.

I like to look at muscle building and the fitness lifestyle as a personal test that you can use to develop strong character and the right mindset in your life.

Now I know that you might be thinking this has nothing to do with muscle building that you would be wrong. Believing in yourself by setting a goal and accomplishing a goal will lead to bigger goals and an even more impressive physique. Once you reach what you never thought possible you will suddenly open your eyes to a new possibility that you would have never seen had you not had accomplished your last goal. If

Picking The Right Role Model

I still remember looking to bodybuilding magazines and wondering how the heck those guys got so big and for the longest time I was lead to believe that those guys possess that physique because they simply train hard and knew something I didn’t.

Yes I am sure that they do train hard but the fact of the matter is and the bottom line is that most people in the bodybuilding magazines if are juiced up on steroids or illegal substances that allows them to train beyond their genetic potential and develop their massive physiques.

I personally do not recommend using legal substances to get big while sacrificing your health. I would individually favor being a fragment smaller however stain natural. Now that is my choice a nightly the choice of two you bet rest it you’ll make the right decision.

Either way whenever you pick a role model be sure that a role model in body’s weight you would like to one day be. If he is on steroids and you are not then do not expect to reach his physique a level but the same time do not be disappointed.

A great physique can be built naturally but the same time you will not end up looking like a juiced up a bodybuilder.

If always pick a role model who has done what you want to accomplish in the manner that you want to do it.
