Everyone needs to have nice abs, it’s very important to know what the abs are used for. Their proper name comes from Latin and is “rectus abdominis” and it means “proper, straight”. I read somewhere, a couple of weeks ago that your body uses your abs along with your back muscles to keep you straight and to maintain the position of your spine. You should keep this in mind because when you train your abs, you will need exerciseyour back muscles as well, otherwise you will createasymmetry between the back muscles and the abs. There are many methods to get six pack abs and some of them are listed here: squats, crunches, sit ups, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, jackknife sit ups and many more. The most common and best way to get 6 pack abs is this one.

The crunches

The most common way to get 6 pack abs workout that I know and started with, were the crunches. This is the best training for rookies because it doesn’t stress your abs that much as other workouts do. For this precise training you will have to lie down on a mat, put your hands up, bend your knees as much as you can and crunch.

The squats or Deadlifts

This second training which I will show you, is made for those who are a little bit experienced, not for beginers. These are the best workouts when it comes to work your abs. This training will exercise both of your abs and back muscles at the same period of time. You will also train other muscles with this kind of type i.e. glutes and quads. The the best way to burn the fat feed the muscle with these 2 workouts is to workout every day. You will have to first do the crunches and after that, when your muscles are a little bit developed, to do the deadlifts.
