How To Pack On Muscle
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and thought, man, I really need to start getting into shape? I did before, though never any more. So instead of just sitting around and whining, I started to do something about it. You will find that in today’s world, there are plenty of talkers, and but not enough people who take action. So sit down and really think about it, are you ready to start getting that dream body?
No one will start working out for you. You are the only person who can hit the trenches and work out. Until you know that you are the sole person responsible for your body, only then can you start forming your new body. Or you might end up just sitting around and being depressed because your results don’t come fast enough, and quit the whole thing. My biggest problem before was that I hit plateaus in my gain, meaning than I would gain muscle and shed the fat, but then it would it stop progressing. I kept working out and eating healthy, but it seemed like I couldn’t push any more forward.
Do you know what my problem actually was? I was doing the same exercises week after week, and of course my body just adjusted to workouts so my gains almost halted. Until I decided to get Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, I seriously didn’t know the first thing about muscle building. Now take a minute and check out all the books on the market, not just Tom’s. After reading the material, I was drastically able to increase my gains.
