Pump up your Muscles
Thursday, January 28th, 2010
Admit it, there are times when you look in front of the mirror and wish you had more muscles, but you’re at a complete loss about how to do it. Well in order to gain “pounds of muscle” you need to do a few things. I’ll tell you all about it later.
Just remember that in order to gain pounds of muscle you really need to develop a mindset of success first. Having a mindset that is focused and determined and can see the outcome before it is real will help you reach your goals faster than you ever thought possible.
The first question you want answered is: just how much muscle do I want? One thing you should realize is that this is not an ego-booster, meaning, if you’re only doing this for your self confidence, then you might as well stop now since it won’t do you any good. Now you might think it’s not true, but soon you’ll realize that what I’m saying is true. Confidence should come from within and not from how you look physically.
First things first, you will have to think about the amount of muscle you will need in accordance to what you will need it for like if you’re an athlete or involved in a physical job. To become strong, you’re going to have to build up strength. To make the program a success, you’re going to need discipline. So figure out your goals and work hard to achieve them.
Make sure that you stick to your program everyday with a determination that would make you sweat, you should do this four times every week. You should realize that you can only go so far as your last workout. Translation: don’t cheat and don’t go light with the weights. Don’t confine yourself to using just one exercise machine, instead try using 3 for every body part. Personally, I workout two body parts everyday. So that means I’ll be doing 6 different exercises. For example, it could be 3 exercises each for the chest and back.
By the way, if you really want the best workout program that will work for your body type, I really think you should checkout this Muscle Gaining Secrets Review.
Basically, you should be using heavy weights but doing a small amount of reps. Your aim would be around 4 to 6 reps. If you find the last rep hard to do, then that’s the exact result you want. On the last rep, you should find yourself struggling just to finish it off.
