Of course, you should also think about getting a break so often, so that you will be able to recharge yourself. There should be certain days in various intervals that you break from your routine and eat a menu that you fully enjoy. Naturally, this should not be total gluttony, as you should be able to still try to conform to the broad guidelines of your dieting plan while in your quest on how to gain muscle.

Hence, as you can see, proper cycling of your diet can be an important part of how to gain muscle. You should stick to a regular schedule from time to time. But you should also give yourself a week or two in which you are able to experiment with different types of recipes and you should be looking at a week off from time to time in which you can eat relatively free.  If you follow this path, you can be relatively sure that you will be able to gain the muscles that you need.
