4 Things You Need To Know About Muscle Gaining

Most people today have a hard time getting passed their current muscle state. You will pack on a little muscle, but nothing serious. And when you hit this point, you’ll feel like what’s the point, it won’t get any better. Did you know that at least half of the people that try to work out quit within a month? It’s because the process isn’t fast and easy, and they aren’t happy with their results. Packing on muscle is not for the light of heart. It takes dedication, hard work and lots of sweat/pain equity. But the end result is so worth the hard work. Anyway, here’s a few tips to help you pack on some serious muscle fast.

Keeping your body hydrated and drinking lots of water is key to pack on muscle. Your body is over 75% water, so don’t neglect it, drink as much as you can. If you can drink a gallon a day, go for it.

Rest properly, 6-8 hours a day and nothing less. Your body repairs itself during your sleep. The way you gain muscle is by essentially destroying your muscles, and when you rest, your body repairs them stronger than before.

Eat at 2-3 hour intervals. This forces your body to digest the food faster and use the nutrients more rapidly. It takes a lot of time to digest food. You aren’t about to swallow a whole plate of fries whole are you? You will bite a piece off and chew, and your body digests slowly like this.
